Hi, I’m Kyle

I’m a writer and creative director with 20 years of experience helping people and teams communicate clearly, effectively, and with personality.

I’ve worked on everything from TV and radio spots to social campaigns, direct mail to blogs and white papers, brand strategy to new business pitches, and everything in between.

Along the way, I’ve partnered with celebrity influencers, ghostwritten for CEOs, led creative teams, and even hired some cats to play in a band.

Most recently, I spent six years as Creative Director of Storytelling at VerdanaBold, where I led storytelling and content across client and agency work. I also developed and led presentation training programs and spent much of this time embedded as lead writer for 26Studios, the in-house agency at Zebra Technologies.

Across all this work, I’ve always had a consistent philosophy: to hold the line against the jargon and fluff that turns meaningful communication into a bland pile of sanitized buzzwords.
